This is from C.O.T.A. Here are the concepts for the titans they are humans that can genetically alter their size and appearance. The villian in the story was genetically altering humans to create a so called master race of soldiers. After seeing that they still had minds of their own instead of becoming mindless automatons, he ordered them destroyed. Several ofthem were rescued from their fate by one of the cota teams and now battle on the side of good ta da!
